The company also maintains a mining license issued by the Minerals Commission of Ghana under the Minerals and Mining (Licensing) Regulations, 2012 (L.I. 2176), Regulation 210(1). Together, these licenses confirm the company’s adherence to Ghana’s regulatory and compliance standards.
